What are the Top 10 Chinese actresses? “Star Power Ranking,” a prominent social media account affiliated with the Shanghai Zixiao Cultural Media Center, has updated its list of the top ten Chinese actresses as of June 2022. The list is based on data taken from Baidu, Weibo, WeChat, and other key social media sites, and it includes popular young actresses with significant fan bases between the ages of 20 and 35. LIU Shi shi (Cecilia Liu)
LIU Shi Shi is a well-known Chinese actress who studied ballet at the Beijing Dance Academy. She made her acting debut in the 2005 television drama series “The Moon and the Wind,” when she performed a scene from “Swan Lake.” Liu received critical recognition in 2011 for her role as Ruoxi in the time-travel drama “Scarlet Heart,” which recounted the exploits of a modern lady who journeyed back in time to the Qing Dynasty.

Tang Yan is a Central Academy of Drama-trained actor and vocalist. She was selected as one of 14 “Olympic Babies” by acclaimed filmmaker Zhang Yimou to perform in the “Chinese eight minutes” portion during the closing ceremonies of the 2004 Summer Olympic Games in Athens.
Tang made her film debut in the 2006 romantic comedy “Farewell for Love,” for which she was nominated for a White Magnolia Award for best actress at the Shanghai International Film Festival.
